A very important thing to know about Milton is that he doesn't do his job from 9 to 5, and he will work and update you on a constant basis (sometimes you will get emails really early in the morning). That's exactly how we found the house of our dream. Although you might not be as competitive as others, he will work his magic. That's what he did for us, and we couldn't be happier about our house.
